Jarigold Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 July 2015, has transacted the following:- The Board has considered to change the name of the Company, subject to necessary approval of the members to be obtained in the General Meeting and also decided to make necessary application for change of name from "JARIGOLD TEXTILES" to "KINTECH RENEWABLES" or any other name as may be made available by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
