Jattashankar Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2016, inter alia, has approved following business:1. The Board has accepted resignation of Vaidehi Jha, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and relived her of his responsibilities effective from 30 May 2016.
2. Pradeep Kumar Vyas, has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
