Jindal Hotels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Appointment of Shashikant Patel as Chief Financial Officer of the company w.e.f. 01 June 2015, in place of Palak Gandhi who has resigned.
2. Authority to Piyush D. Shah, Managing Director to fix the Day, Date, Time and Venue of AGM.
