At meeting held on 13 August 2015
Jindal Poly Investment & Finance Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:1. Pratip Chaudhuri, an Independent Director resigned w.e.f. 13 August 2015.
2. Amit Jain, an Independent Director was appointed w.e.f. 13 August 2015.
3. Aastha Sharma was appointed as Additional Director (Non- Executive) w.e.f. 13 August 2015.
