JM Financial announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 May 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following :1. Recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.55 per share for the year ended 31 March 2014.
2. Decided to convene the Twenty Ninth Annual General Meeting on 03 July 2014.
The above dividend, if declared by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid on and from 05 July 2014.
