Just Dial announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:Recommended a dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of the Company of face value of Rs 10 each (equity shares) for the financial year ended 31 March 2014.
Considered and approved the allotment of 17888 equity shares, to certain employees of the Company under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010 pursuant to exercise of stock options vested in such employees.
