The board of Jyothy Laboratories at the meeting held on 16 March 2018 has recommended issue of Bonus Shares to the shareholders of the Company in the ratio of (1:1) i.e. 1 (One) Equity Share of Re. I/- each for every 1 (One) Equity Share of Re.
