Board of K.P.I. Global Infrastructure recommends second interim dividend

K.P.I. Global Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 January 2022, inter alia, have recommended the second interim dividend of Rs 0.4 per equity Share (i.e. 4%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
