At meeting held on 15 July 2022
The Board of Kallam Textiles at its meeting held on 15 July 2022 has approved the allotment of 99,91,187 rights equity shares of face value of Rs 2 for cash at a price of Rs 10 (including premium of Rs 8).Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 8,56,38,750/- (consisting of 4,28,19,375 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 10,56,21,124 (consisting of 5,28,10,562 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
