At meeting held on 30 January 2015
Kansai Nerolac Paints announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the proposal of sub division of the shares of the Company. The shares of the Company will be sub divided from every ONE equity share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each into TEN equity shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee One) each.
