Board of Kansai Nerolac Paints recommends final dividend

Kansai Nerolac Paints announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 2 May 2017, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.8 per equity Share (i.e. 180%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
