At meeting held on 13 April 2016
Karnavati Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 April 2016 inter alia have approved :1. The Appointment of Hardika Mandavia as an Additional (Non- Executive Impendent ) Director of the Company w.e.f. 13 April 2016 and,
2. The Resignation of Kushal Ruparel from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 13 April 2016.
