At meeting held on 15 June 2018
The Board of KDDL at its meeting held on 15 June 2018 has allotted 2,64,150 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Swades Capital LLC, a promoter group entity at a price of Rs 265. These shares are allotted up on conversion of Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants issued on preferential basis on 21 December 2016.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up equity shares of the company has increased to Rs 11.21 consisting of 1,12,16,942 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
