Kilburn Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 December 2016, has discussed in detail the substantial changes in the business environment in last few months and the overall impact of these changes in the business of all the companies proposed to participate in the proposed merger of EMC , McNally Bharat Engineering Company and McNally Sayaji Engineering with Kilburn Engineering.
