Kinetic Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 December 2015, inter alia, the following business was transacted :Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Governance Committee and the Audit Committee, the Board approved to designate Ajinkya Arun Firodia, Managing Director of the Company as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and his designation will be Managing Director cum Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
