Kirloskar Pneumatic Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 July 2014, have appointed Aditi Pant as an Additional Director of the Company (considered as Independent Director as per clause 49 of the Listing Agreement) as per Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 24 July 2014.
