Kothari Industrial Corporation announced that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on 21 April 2017, J. Rafiq Ahmed has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 21 April 2017.The Board also appointed him as a Wholetime director, without remuneration, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
