L&T Finance Holdings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 24 October 2015, has appointed Sachinn Joshi as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 26 October 2015.Upma Goel, Deputy Finance Controller, who had been appointed as a Key Managerial Person (KMP) under the Companies Act, 2013, to discharge the functions of the Chief Financial Officer in April 2015, would continue with her group level responsibilities, prior to her appointment as KMP, as also certain additional responsibilities.
