L&T Finance Holdings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 July 2016, has appointed Dinanath Dubhashi, Deputy Managing Director, as the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 22 July 2016.Y. M. Deosthalee, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Company.
