Board of L&T Finance Holdings recommends final dividend

L&T Finance Holdings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 May 2017, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.8 per equity Share (i.e. 8%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
