On conversion of warrants
The Board of Lactose (India) at its meeting held on 11 December 2021 has allotted 8,10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each on conversion of warrants.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity shares capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 12,24,70,000 divided into 1,22,47,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each. The new equity shares issued rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares.
