At meeting held on 30 May 2014
Lakshmi Energy & Foods announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, has taken the following decisions;- Taking into account the Profitability for the period ended 31 March 2014 and Interim dividend already paid in May 2013, Board of Directors did not recommend final dividend for the period 01 October 2012 to 31 March 2014.
