At meeting held on 14 August 2015
Lakshmi Precision Screws announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Appointment of Ramesh Chandra Jain as an Additional (Independent) Director in place of Yudhisthir Lal Madan.
2. Recommended the Re-appointment of Lalit Kumar Jain and Dinesh Kumar Jain Directors of the Company, those retires by rotation and being eligible offers themselves for re-appointment.
3. Recommended the appointment of Additional (Independent) Directors of the Company i.e. Bhuwan Kumar Chaturvedi, Rakesh Puri and Ramesh Chandra Jain in the ensuing 46m Annual General Meeting.
