Libord Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 March 2015, has transacted the following :- Dr. (Mrs.) Vandna Lalit Dangi has been appointed as a Managing Director of the Company from 10 March 2015 to 09 March 2018 for a period of 3 years.
