Linde India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 February 2015, has approved the following changes in the Board of the Company:1. Binod Patwari Non Executive Director of the Company resigned as a Director of the Company w.e.f. the conclusion of the Board Meeting held on 17 February 2015.
2. The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Desiree Co Bacher, Head of Finance & Control - RSE of The Linde Group as an Additional Director (Non Executive) of the Company representing The Linde Group w.e.f. 17 February 2015.
