Board of Loyal Textile Mills recommends final dividend

Loyal Textile Mills announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 7.50 (75%) per equity shares of Rs 10 each.
