At meeting held on 27 August 2015
Lyka Labs announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 August 2015, the Board of Directors have given their consent to LyKa Exports, its subsidiary to sell its Animal Healthcare Division to Alivira Animal Health, a subsidiary of Sequent Scientific, subject to approval by the shareholders of respective Companies i.e. Lyka Labs and Lyka Exports.The Company has convened an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of members of the Company on 29 September 2015 to seek their approval to the proposed sale of Animal Healthcare Division by Lyka Exports.
