M3 Global Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:- The Board took note that Meghna Raval, Company Secretary & Compliance officer has resigned from the services of the Company. The Company accepted her Resignation and relieved her with close of business hours on 16 February 2015.
