M3 Global Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:- Resignation of Sejal M Shah as Director of the Company with effect from 13 August 2015 and appointment of Dhvani Hareshbhai Contractor as Independent Women Director with effect from 13 August 2015.
