Mack Trading Co announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. To approve the Resignation of Hetal Dhaval Mody from the Post of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 31 July 2015.
2. To appoint Pavankumar Sanwarmal as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
3. To convene an Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company on 21 September 2015.
