At meeting held on 30 July 2015
Magna Electrocastings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following items:1. Appointment of Sangeetha C as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 30 July 2015 pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per Listing Agreement.
2. Appointment of Ravi R as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 30 July 2015 pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
