At meeting held on 12 February 2015
Magnum Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2015, inter alia, has :1. Took note of resignation of Sanjay Sharma as the CFO of the Company, resignation shall be effective from 21 February 2015.
2. Appointed Parmod Jain , who is already serving on the Board, as CFO of the Company w.e.f. 21 February 2015.
Therefore, Sanjay Sharma, was relieved from the designation and Parmod Jain is appointed as the new CFO of the Company with effect from 21 February 2015.
