At meeting held on 18 March 2016
Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 March 2016, the following changes have taken place in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company:1. Dhananjay Mungale, Independent Director, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 18 March 2016.
2. Ramesh Iyer, Managing Director, has been appointed as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company designated as "Vice-Chairman & Managing Director" with effect from 18 March 2016.
3. Dr. Anish Shah has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company (Category: Non-Executive Non-independent Director), with effect from 18 March 2016.
