Under ESOS
Mahindra Ugine Steel Company announced that pursuant to exercise of options by 1 (one) eligible employees under Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited Employees' Stock Option Scheme-2006, the Board of Directors of the Company has on 21 May 2014 issued and allotted 7500 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each of the Company.Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has been increased from Rs 32.66 crore to Rs 32.67 crore divided into 3,26,71,779 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
