The Board of Manappuram Finance at its meeting held on 06 November 2019 has approved the establishment of a medium term note programme to raise up to USD 750 million or lesser, in one or more tranches, in accordance with applicable laws and the rules and regulations framed by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time and authorized the Financial Resource and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company and its members to do all such acts as necessary for establishment of the medium term note programme and issue of debt securities under the same.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
