At meeting held on 07 August 2015
Mangalam Cement announced that Anil Kumar Mandot has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and his letter of resignation has been noted and taken on record by Board of Directors at its meeting held on 07 August 2015.Further, the Board of Directors have appointed Yaswant Mishra, President Corporate as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 07 August 2015. This is in addition to his present designation of President (Corporate).
