Mangalam Organics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 October 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Narendra Goenka, the Director of the Company has resigned from the Directorship of the Company.
2. Anita Sandeep Shriya, has joined as a Lady Director of the Company with effect from 04 October 2014.
