At meeting held on 08 July 2015
Mangalore Refinery And Petrochemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 July 2015 have approved the scheme of amalgamation between the Company, ONGC Magalore Petrochemicals (OMPL) and their respectively shareholders and creditors for the amalgamation of OMPL into and with the Company. The appointed date of amalgamation is 01 April 2014. The scheme being a scheme between two government companies will have to be approved by inter alia Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
