At meeting held on 31 March 2015
Mcleod Russel India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, has taken the following decisions:1. Aditya Khaitan has been re-designated as the Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of the Company;
2. Amritanshu Khaitan has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director of the Company; and
3. Padam Kumar Khaitan has been appointed as an Additional Director as well as an Independent Director of the Company.
