Mega Nirman & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 04 August 2017 transacted the following -The Board has decided not to invest in Saibollywood Filmcity India for setting up the 'Bollywood Filmcity Project' Malwan District, Maharashtra, as after due diligence it was found that the project is not viable and the commitment of funds are still not certain.
The Board approved starting a new project in Neemrana, Rajasthan, developing 16400 Square Yards of land in Phase-1 comprising of 1050 houses.
