Mercantile Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following :1. Accepted the resignation of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer S. Aarthi and she will be relieved from the services effective from 30 September 2015.
2. Appointed N Prasanna Varadan as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the company with effect from 01 October 2015.
3. Stakeholders Relationship Committee has been re-constituted.
