At meeting held on 11 February 2015
Minaxi Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:1. Reconstitution of Nomination and Remuneration Committee comprising of Independent Directors Ghanshyam Patel, Chairman, Sandipkumar Patel and Vasudevbhai Patel in due compliance of Section 178 read with Rule-6 of Companies (Meetings of Boards & its Powers) Rules, 2014.
2. Appointment of Manjulaben Patel as Non-Executive Woman Director w.e.f. 11 February 2015, in due compliance of Section 149 read with the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 and Clause 49(II)(A)(1) of the Listing Agreement.
