Meeting adjourned for 11 March 2015
Mirza International announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on 03 March 2015 to consider merger of Genesisfootwear Enterprises with the Company.The merger was discussed in detail in the meeting of Board of Directors. However, the discussion could not be concluded. Hence, the Meeting had to be adjourned for 11 March 2015.
