Modison Metals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 August 2015, inter alia, have decided following:- Ashok Jatia has joined the Board as Additional Director. He is Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary and a Law Graduate and is having 30 years of experience in the above fields. Ashok Jatia shall hold office as an Additional Director till the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
