At meeting held on 27 October 2014
MOIL announced that the Company has received a letter dated 27 October 2014 conveying the approval of Government of India for induction of Urvilla Khati, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel as Government Nominee Director in place of Lokesh Chandra, former Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel on the Board of the Company.The Board of the Company in its meeting held on 11 November 2014 has taken on record the appointment of Urvilla Khati as Government Nominee Director w.e.f. 11 November 2014 on the Board of the Company and cessation of Lokesh Chandra, as Director on the Board of the Company.
