Morarjee Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2014, inter alia, transacted the following:- Besides dividend on preference shares, the Board of Directors have also recommended dividend of Rs 2.45 per share on Equity shares of Rs 7 each (35%).
