At meeting held on 27 July 2015
MRF announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 July 2015,has decided to change the Financial Year of the Company from October - September to April - March pursuant to Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013.Accordingly, the current financial year of the Company shall be extended upto 31 March 2016 covering a period of 18 months commencing from 01 October 2014 to 31 March 2016, subject to further approval from the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.
