Financial Year to close on 31 December 2014
Neha International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 June 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:- The Financial Year 2013-14 of the Company ending as on 30 June 2014 is proposed to be extended by six (6) months to close as on 31 December 2014.
