Nestle India announced that the audited financial results of the Company for the year ending 31 December 2016 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on 15 February 2017.Consequently, the Company will not be publishing the un-audited financial results for the fourth quarter ending 31 December 2016.
