At meeting held on 21 January 2020
The Board of Newgen Software Technologies at its meeting held on 21 January 2020 has approved the allotment of 3,70,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Newgen ESOP Trust, for transfer of shares to employees of Newgen Software Technologies on exercise of options which has been granted under the Newgen ESOP Scheme 2014. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company stand increased from Rs. 69,58,57,010 (6,95,85,701 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 69,95,57,010 (6,99,55,701 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).
